Born and raised in San Francisco, Tali Buchman has been a dedicated attorney in the Bay Area for over 18 years. In 2008, Tali established her own firm: The Law Office of Tali Buchman, Esq.
Tali has focused her practice on her main areas of expertise, including corporate and LLC formations and corporate governance; negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements; filings with applicable regulatory authorities, including the SEC, IRS, Department of Corporations, confidentiality agreements and protection of Intellectual Property and trade secrets, real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, transfers, and leasing.
Clientele represents a range of clients - from large, publicly-traded corporations to start-ups.
She consistently strives to provide quality services to serve her clients needs, and in the event an issue arises outside her direct areas of expertise, she consults from a select group of attorneys and other advisors with whom she is associated with and can collaborate with, as necessary.
After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UC Berkeley, Tali received her J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997, and became a member of the State Bar of California that same year.
Upon graduation, Tali was in-house counsel for a publicly-traded software company, and later, for a privately-held financial services company pursuing new technology using facial recognition metrics.
